Dear Friends and Family,
The Mt. Moriah Holiness Church would like to share with you a challenging
ministry opportunity which God has presented to us. Our vision is to build a new
church on this land where we can worship and have fellowship and minister about
Christ to others in the surrounding area. The location for this church is ideal
for community outreach and church growth. At this time the members from the MMHC
have dedicated their time and effort into the renovating of the old church where
it will be used for temporary worship until funds can be met to build a new
church facility on the land. Our goal is to raise a total of
$500,000 to turn this land into an
actual place where people may come to have fellowship and to learn about our
Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The money we are hoping to raise will go towards
the church and a education center building to teach the youth about low self
esteem, dating and sexuality, substance use and abuse, and endeavor the house of
God is maintained and the other necessities
and requirements that is needed by the city to pass the ordinance for a church
location.
We are excited about the opportunity and the experience that lies ahead and hope
that you see the value in what we will accomplish. Our current situation is that
we are unable to complete this project due to the lack of financial support. We
have been doing fund-raising campaigns to earn the money that is needed to start
this project and now we are asking for your help and support. Jesus said, “Ask
and ye shall receive.” Now we are asking. We want to spread God's Word and the
teachings of Jesus Christ, but we cannot do it alone. Please consider helping us
financially by giving a tax deductible donation. The amount of the donation is
up to you. You can help us with a one-time offering or you can commit to sending
a donation on a monthly or quarterly basis, but you don't need to commit to any
specific amount.
If you can support the MMHC financially, we would be very grateful. But most
importantly, we need your prayer support. Prayer is the fuel that will allow us
to be successful as we follow God's leading in ministry of this project. Without
prayer, nothing will happen.
